With the exception of the one road with all the potholes the roads look quite good. Clean too. Quite a change from the busy roads of Vietnam. The architecture reminds me of Bourbon street, New Orleans.

I stayed at a hostel called “lucky hostel” private room with fan for 4$ a night. Booked a tuk tuk driver outside the hostel. We were 3 in total and ended up paying 4 dollars each for a half day tour. This was in May, prices might have gone up

Vietnamese influence on khmer street food is very pronounced. Surprisingly, thai influence is very minimal on khmer cuisine. Khmer people seem to show a strong preference for the taste and flavors of viet food culture more than Thai. What's astounding is most cambodians do not know the depth of viet influence on their food culture and actually believe it's their own. Dishes like banh xeo, banh mi, kho(beef stew), etc are just some food khmer people do not know is actually viet in origin.😂
