Actually most of the items are pretty rare because they are unobtainable anymore or very hard to get. But you aren't fully wrong as some of the items are also just high demanded items. Oh nice profile picture btw the person above me ain't wrong.
Just to be clear why some "cheap" items are on here: high-demand and rare are different things. Something could be worth 8k but that DOES NOT mean a lot of people have it.

Well I wouldn't say the teddies is gone to much in value I still get offended halos for my original teddy zilla but pacifier and roses people still offer some of these items I still get pretty high offers for them but the ones that is coming back will most likely lose value
