You need to grind ginger, green chilli with little bit of corn first.. then the whole seeds should be given one or two pulses you should not grind them fully.. if you add altogether to grind ginger it takes time by the time corn will be too soft..

It has high moisture content,so next time instead of adding rice flour to your garelu try adding makki ka atta(makka Jonna pindi/maize flour) easily available in all Indian stores.
