If anyone cares, the musicians on this are: Steve Fidyk, drums, Jim Roberts on bass, and me, Tony Nalker on piano. We recorded this at Bias Studios in Springfield, VA for the Hal Leonard Jazz Playalong series 10+ years ago, produced by Mark Taylor (the series now has close to 200 books).

The fact is in the 30 's, when American still obliged black musician to drink from another tap of water, in France we were happy to treat them with a good Bordeaux. Thanks a lot for your work.
As a French citizen too, I must acknowledge that your backing track is wonderful. If the others are of the same level, we don't need to go elsewhere. Is it possible to get the scores though (maybe at Hal Leonard's) ?

I miss dearly the old recording! This one sounds really good but when the mid-part comes on I think it becomes too tango-ish... :'( But great job anyways!

I really like this version, but adding the lyrics would be very helpful since this version is longer than the original and it appears to include an instrumental interlude. Adding the lyrics would also mean that the spoken 1234 Count at the beginning of this track can be removed too. As it is now, the 1234 Count helped me know when to start singing.....But I got lost after the Second Verse as far as knowing when to start singing again after the Instrumental Interlude.
Awesome piano playing Tony, you guys sound great! Best backing tracks hands down. Did you guys do a version of “ my favorite things” awhile back with the intro? Absolutely outstanding! Love to hear that again.
There are tons of backing tracks all over the net. But yours are truly ahead of the pack. We could easily listen to this one without any chorus and still learn from its harmonic richness... Is it possible to get the chords changes please ?
