@MangoTroubles-007 the direction of the aircraft taking off and landing were also completely backwards at some points of the video. The carrier's island was a big indicator at 0:13 and 11:31
It’s good but many other like kings and generals, the operations room and a few others also have been very consistent for just as long, not saying yarnhub is bad have been watching since their 3rd channel vid that have gotten tons of ether in many different respects
I feel like lots of people forget about the USS Saratoga and her actions during 42' Eastern Solomons, 43' island hopping campaign air support, 44' helping the British, and her tragic attack in 45' when 6 Japanese aircraft only 6 crippled an entire carrier. With 5 direct hits and three of them kamikazing her. Quite a feat for the Japanese that late in the war, with such accuracy as well.

Yarnhub, once again you've outdone yourself. Everything about this video from voice acting to action and most importantly the animation are top-notch as always. Dickinson's exploits to avenge his friend Miller is also what started the legendary career of the USS Enterprise by striking back at the Empire of Japan with the destruction of the I-70 making it the first ship to be sunk by the Big E.
I watched a few older vids a few days ago, and this just shows how much this channel has committed to refining its quality. Keep up the great work, all.
These renders, along with the sneaky "Like, comment, subscribe" and the transition to the ads are just getting better. Brings a litlle bit of fun to the videos
*Lieutenant Dickinson's relentless pursuit of justice for his fallen comrade Miller is a testament to the strength of friendship and the unwavering spirit of our heroes. His determination to sink the I-70 was not just an attack-it was personal. A true moment in history.*
The most decorated ship of ww2, a ship who had her flight deck nigh unusable after Santa Cruz and STILL sent out full strength flights and sank the IJN Hiei and many transports! This video is amazing at showing just how far this crew will go for vengeance personal or national! Brilliant Job Yarnhub!
Viendo videos de hace un año se nota demasiado la mejora en calidad, que buen trabajo hacen con estas animaciones y gracias por traerlos también en español
You should do a video to cover the whole attack on Pearl Harbor in detail from both prospectives. I know it would be long, but it would be totally worth it
I do not mind the wait. I always believed in quality over quantity, and I know Yarnhub is not one to rush out cheap content. I am in full support on this, no matter how long this would take ♡
I've noticed that the landing scene was wrong... he must go behind the carrier to land not at the front... but Good video though I LOVE how yarnhub makes videos like this to educate us about ww2
@@luisr614 You can clearly see in the photograph that the smoke from the CVs island is blowing to the left. With his back to the carrier's island it would mean he came around and landed from the stern. When aircraft carriers are recovering their planes they ALWAYS turn into the wind so the pilot can make a safe landing at lower speeds than if he weren't landing into the wind.
Another great video! Thank you! Dickinson sure saw a lot of action, including two of the war's most eventful battles! Interesting that a week or so later, off Wake, a US Marine pilot sank a Japanese sub as well. Yarnhub - please make a 4 part series about Wake Island! So much happened there in such a short time. After Pearl Harbour, Wake occupied the headlines as the US public hoped to see if the island would be saved. It saw the first defeat of a Japanese seaborne invasion force in WW2, and the small number of US marines put up an outsized effort.
I MADE IT TO THE PREMIERE!!! :DDDDD This was so good! And I was already familiar with this story already, but its so refreshing ti see you guys animating it! Awesoe work Yarnhub and Crew!
I love your videos so much...so please don't take this wrong. The Dauntless landed "backwards" at the end of the video (the plane landed over the bow...when it should land over the stern). Fantastic story!!!
as a small channel, I'm about to give up. but after watching your video give me some inspirational way to be success here. wish all small channel learn a lot. thank you
I had the honor of meeting many survivors of Pearl Harbor, including five of the last six survivors of the USS Arizona, including Donald Stratton. Many of those heroes were kind enough to sign my book 'All The Gallant Men' written by Stratton.

Love the "slow downs" during an engagement
Yes, not only is the animation great, but also the storytelling style, these guys are historical artists. It's my favourite channel.
It's called Slow-motion or Slow Mo
Dickinson was also a supporting character in Midway (2019), where he was played by Luke Kleintank.
I was a bit disappointed they didn't include him sinking the submarine in the movie
Was he the one who played the SS Agent in "The Man in the High Castle"?
I watched that film, it was good!!
Good film

the quality of this is absolutely insane, not only for a youtube video, that's better content than most of the thing on the tv
Bro I swear these are top notch, if he makes a movie and it gets popular, who would be surprised? No literal one.
Great animation, but at 11:30 Dickinson is not going the right way for landing because the arresting wires are on the back
Was about to say
“Wait why’s he landing on the front?” 😂
He also took off without a bomb, but suddenly had one to engage the sub.
ur that guy huh....
