Im pretty sure you need godray and lil true insanity to solo true dust
Or you can get godray and virus 404 scream with error 404 distorted hood to disable attacks, after you do the scream, he should not be able to attack and you can attack him freely.

You do about 70-90 damage per click, so you can kill him fairly easily
