I personally liked Doms more owing to its better & brighter pigment plus it's an Indian brand. Practice is required to handle the brush pens, doesn't matter the nib is very soft or a less stiff.

DOMS pastel Brush pens are good because the tips are softer. That helps in filling the shapes
And that white is not a white, its a blender
