  • As i'm trying to make my new habit of taking my utensils with me when going out for trips; instead of buying a utensil pouch, I decided to make my own!
I've noticed what a huge difference it makes when you have a pouch where to put your utensils in and won't be afraid to make your bag dirty whilst you're traveling around.
It's not heavy at all and you don't have to take all your kitchen silverware with... a plain fork + stainless steel straw works just fine with maybe (by choice) a napkin too in it! :D
I'm planning to post every Saturday from now on, so we'll see each other soon enough -
Thank You SO MUCH for the support!
    ~Jess

I’m super lazy so I would make like 7 or 8 of them (from recycled fabric of course) so I can just flip a dirty one inside out and throw it in the washing machine every night. And when I wash my clothes at the end of the week all of them would be clean again :) I feel like it’s really important to make sure zero waste is easy and convenient so it’s sustainable. If you got busy one day and can’t wash your pouch you may be forced to use disposable utensils on the next day.

I use this for a pencil pouch idea! I don’t own long sleeves so I used some fabric that was lying around and cut out two pieces and sewed them together

Great tutorial! I'm going to make a bunch of these, fill them with cool old mismatched cutlery and give them to friends and people at school.
