Namrata, Are you from 2015 batch ? I am from same batch Ajmer division posted at Branch Kota-2. You sholud mention pros as well as cons. IB and other facilities to be maentioned here. All jobs have advantage and disadvantage. If you are successfull DO you can earn more than an IAS officer. No one can earn like DO in white money. So share both views negatives and positives. I'm also selected in ADO in 2016, I'm completely agree with madam.
one more point want to add that there is termination of job even after confirmation if your cost is cross that limit.
so you should have to physically and mentally fit till retirement.
After confirmation if any year you don't acheive target they don't terminate you...you will be given 3-4years ...and if you complete at least 7 years of service and after that you don't acheive target for 3-4 years they will shift you to administrative side they don't kick out you....the facts should be clear.

Istrah 6 month beet jayega bachega 6 month jisme aapko number of agent, Total premium aur number of police ka target pura karna hoga. 6 month e irna target tho pura hoga nahi tho performance wise extension milega 6 month ka. Pahla extension sabko milta hai. Iske baad wala extension sabko nahi milta hai aur termination start hota hai. Is trah se le de k 2 saal milta hai target pura karne k liye wo bhi performance acha raha tho. Target pura hone par confirmation milta hai. Confirmation k baad . Har yaal target milta hai tab keval premium pura karna padta hai par aap ko cost ratio maintain karna padta hai. Yani jitna yearly salary milta hai uska kam se kam 2 ya teen guna premium dena hi hoga nahi tho office me ghusna muskil ho jaye itna baat sunna hoga .

Agar ibps clerk April 2024 mein nikal jayega. To uska joining bhi July 2024 tak ho jayega. Lic pdo mein thode bohut business bhi dunga taki agle saal wo log mujhe kick out karke aur mujhe bond bhi na bharna padhe. Mera mains sirf kuch hi number se chut raha hai

Hello madam, Apprenticeship period me working hours Kitna tha? And can we prepare other exams while working as ADO?
I joined LIC as an ADO in 2015.One thing I want to share is marketing itself is a tuff join but it totally depends on your Interest and how to make your strategy.Its a dynamic job where everyday is a new day to plan your work.In our division the target was 18.5lakh I did it without taking any extension.i don't know about my future good or bad but right now I can say that the more you work the more you will be rewarded with incentives.And Miss namrata is absolutely right if you have interest in this job then only you join
