The bike is fantastic. The weight is reasonable for the price. You can make it 6.6kg on that frame, but it'll cost $$$$. Alternatively, one can simply enjoy riding it (which this one offers plenty), save $$$$, and lose 2kg of weight for the same result.
Very true. Agreed! Build an ultra lightweight, you're spending some money. As mentioned in the video , this is just the SL, not the SLR, which comes in 14.89 lbs/6.75 kg. That 4 lbs less for double the price.
@@JakebMiller That’s without pedals. However, as I mentioned above, 6.6kg is doable on the SL frame, SRL will be just 6.2 :) That’s with pedals / cages and stuff. But that is pointless, the bike is great from the start. One can think about wheels / saddle / bar-stem for the fit and that is pretty much it.
@@avav30311 we are talking about his spec here. It isnt light on 105 spec, and spending $$$$ for it to be "lightweight" isnt logical considering a fat bodyweight like most white people do have.
Great video. Really informative and helped me decide on getting this bike. Thank you. Pick it up on the weekend. Exciting times
Awesome!! You're welcome, and thank you for watching! Congrats and I hope you have lots of great miles on it!
Hi! Thanks for the video! How much weight did you saved using the new pirelli tubeless ready?
In total, it came down to about 1/4 lb. But the greatest benefit, it was rotational weight, which made a huge difference on acceleration.
Nice bike
Thank you, and thanks for watching
GREAT VID 🚴🏻🚴🏻🚴🏻🚴🏻
Thank you sir!
lol 8.5 kg isnt light 🤣🤣🤣

@@JakebMiller thats triple the money and no pedals and accessories and its not your spec which is 8.5kg real world weight which is not light weight. 🤣
