This is AWESOME. I've loved SOS since their first album. I even flew to the UK for one night to see them perform at the Jazz Cafe in 2006.... then caught them in the states in both Irvine, CA and Cleveland, OH. I would do it all again.
Ok... this is a master smooth sample from so many 70's, 80,s and 90's. Mary J. Bliges' or is it Erka Badu's piece, then TLC, then a quick sample from EWF "fly away" (which is not: That's the Way of the World, Fantasy, Getaway, Imagination, or Be ever Wonderful?). The underlay is a "c-step" tune; and then, EWF's Can't hide Love?, That's the Way of the World?, Show Me the Way?, or Be Ever Wonderful?, I just can't figure it out. This is a nice expertly sampled from the best. I enjoy it a lot!!!
The TLC bit is from the "Live in Tokyo" (aka "Live" in the US) album....Corinne actually breaks into "No Scrubs" during a medley of various songs. It's interesting to say the least.
One of the very best jazz/swing singers I've ever heard. This group is one of the best teams ever in making some phenomenal music.
Corrine is one of the best 2nd sopranos I've ever heard, her voice is so clean and smooth. A real pleasure listening to her.

Interesting flavourful mix--alternative counter hip-hoppish twist makes it contemporary, yet maintaining that classic, cool sophisticated jazz sound.
Corrine Drewery is fantastic. Could listen to her all day. And, even at 58 she's still beautiful with that long gorgeous body.
