Inner line permits are terminated now
But you have to pay the environment tax and permit.
You can apply for it online 2 days in advance before your travel date.
No one asked me about it while traveling on the bus, but it's mandatory.

Room Rent was Rs 500 in September, but in peak season rent would be higher.
