Well it's annoying for sure but there aren't much advertisers for this (automobile) category of videos on youtube and that's the reason you find these repetitive ads. It also helps automotive content creators motivation to continue what they do. A small price to pay IMO.

Duke 790 is the flagship of KTM where as the street triple is the entry level for Triumph. This is where brand value kicks in.

Take a look at ktm's portfolio. It's not at all a flagship from KTM
Superduke will kill any naked bike anyday.
