How fast can we beat Castlevania III for the NES using a Guitar Hero controller?

Speedrunner Arctic Ayeka tries to beat Castlevania III (NES) using a Guitar Hero Controller! In this run, we'll try and use a Wrong Warp to go from Block 4 (Dire Mire Marsh) all the way to the final Block A (Dracula's Final Clock Tower).
To do this, we have to get to Block 4 with Grant/Trevor without losing a life, and get to the stairwell after the frogs with full health, where we'll use a trick to walk up into a Glitch World, and from there we'll navigate to get to Block A, the final level!
