on my own opinion we must follow on each country rules or policy , do not act like your on your own country
they have the rights to investigate those foreigners coming here in the Philippines
and they must follow the rules and requirements and take note not only in the Philippines but on every country you plan to visit
The following are the minimum requirements for applying a temporary visitor's visa:
Passport/Travel Document Valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines;
Duly Accomplished Visa application forms;
Passport Photos (2 pieces);
Proof of bona fide status as tourist or businessman
