This song strikes so many emotions. The song sounds distant and sad. The chorus is melancholy and kinda lustful. Honestly same, I only see them as having really close friendships, Noodle perhaps treating them all like her family since she was pretty much raised by them.

Noodle met 2d when she was a child and he was an adult. 13 years have gone by since plastic beach...
The fact that I see people ship band members together makes me want to vomit several times.
Honestly same, I only see them as having really close friendships, Noodle perhaps treating them all like her family since she was pretty much raised by them.

@@rileighculhane2967 Yeah, but the main difference is that 2d and Murdoc met when they were both adults, it's still a super fucked up ship, but at least they were both adults. Noodle met 2d when she was a child and he was an adult. It just seems gross to ship a grown man with a girl he met (and was there for a large part in her childhood) while she was barely ten, even if she is a grown woman now.

it’s 00:05 AM and I’m sitting here laughing my ass off and feeling the worst kind of sadness known to man simultaneously (which I don’t even understand- this song never made me feel sad before until now which only makes it more haunting) because I just found an old picture of a cat in a room filled with hotdogs with this song playing. if I’m being honest I couldn’t think of a better way of living if I tried.

Late last night I had to use the washroom. I climbed out of bed, paused my show and I heard something familiar. When I got out of the bathroom, I heard my mom listening to this song. It made me cry for some reason. After that, I fell asleep happily. :)
