This is EXACTLY where I'm at in life right now. I live with my parents after graduating film school, constantly look at apartments on Zillow that I can only afford one month's rent for, and desperately wonder what my next move is creatively and professionally. I also just resigned from a full-time position today because I realized the money and time spent for said money was not at all worth my mental health. I felt like I was sacrificing my creativity. I think at this age and period in our lives, we need to be kind to ourselves and remember to make small changes alongside the big ones. I love your channel. Thanks for sharing! 🧡

I'm older now but remember feeling these feelings too. Looking back, I wish I wouldn't have worried so much about my next move. I live in a small Ohio town and felt bored. But something clicked in my late 20's that made me think "dude, just relax and spend time doing all the things I love". If I felt like I was missing out, I would drive to New York City for a few days, or Chicago to get it out of my system. When I got home, I would walk around town and realize how nice I had it.

I actually just had a similar experience! I went to Savannah and loved it (honestly might move there one day). But I came back home and realized how nice it was to not be around tons of people haha!

I didn't feel this way at 22, but now I am 34 and feel this---- :(( I think in my 20s I just worked..worked and worked-- but still some how ended up in debt and now paying it all back in my 30s and left my career to pursue my dreams... LOL I'm just like an open book. HAHA. I meant to say I can relate to this even though I am older. I'm a late bloomer. :')
Anyway I'm going to subscribe. Love the vibes and the colors...

      thank you so much!!💜
There are so many unique shots you can get with a smartphone! Once I taped my phone on the ceiling haha😂
I'm flattered you're asking me for advice oh my gosh🥹 There's so much that goes into a video, but here are 3 things I do every time:
      1. If you want interesting shots, try storyboarding and make a Pinterest board for inspo. You're welcome to look at my board called "video inspiration" (link is in description)
      2. For general storytelling, try scripting your videos to fit: Intro, Conflict, and Conclusion.
But, this can be difficult to do with a video like "A Week in my Life Vlog."
      3. So, another method is to create the story in editing. Go through all the footage, decide what a conflict is, and edit to support that. You can do this by cutting out footage that doesn't support the plot, rearranging clips, and filming more footage.
      I hope that helps!!💜
