Such a calming vlog, I felt so relaxed after watching it. Sunny is certainly a ray of sunshine for you all as you are for him, I love him 🐾 Great tips regarding cooking, thank you. Loved the colour of the dress on you but you have to feel comfortable, I’m like you not a dress person and I have only a few and probably only wear two of them. Do what makes you happy! ❤
Look how much Sunny trusts and loves you all!! The way he looks right at your faces 😍 And the dress is gorgeous ❤ I know how you feel though, I always like the idea of a dress, buy one then never wear it!
Yay, I love the farm vlogs. Next time can you show the chickens ☺️ I like the dress! Looks comfy and pretty and you should definitely keep it! Good luck at the craft fair! 🤞🤗
The dress totally suits you. Before you flipped the camera round, I just assumed it was already part of your usual wardrobe. It’ll be lovely for the markets, very “on brand”. Is the frozen pea hummus recipe on your blog, please? I have bag of peas that are gritty that I’d rather not go to waste. Hope the market goes well. X
Oooh, those peas will be perfect in the hummus! Simply take a regular hummus recipe & swap out the chickpeas with a bag of defrosted peas. I probably add more lemon than regular, but taste and add more of what you feel is lacking ☺️
HEY THERE JANE, WAS SO GLAD TO SEE, SASSEY. I'M MORE OF A CAT LOVER. BUT YOUR NEW DOG IS A SWEET CALM DOG & IS GETTING LOTS OF LOVE FROM ALL OF YOU!!! YEARS AGO WHEN I GRADUATED FROM HIGHT SCHOOL, MY MOTHER GOT ME A, OLD PORTABLE SINGER SEWING MACHINE, (IT IS ELECTRIC). IT HAS A CARRY CASE. THE MACHINE IS BLACK W/THE GOLD SCROLL PAINTINGS ON IT. YOU DIDN'T TELL US IF JOHNNY LIKED THE DRESS?? WELL Do take care. Fl., USA
❤ fab video you beauty! It was like I was there with you 😊 Sammie says Keep! Not sure how it’ll look with wellies though 🤔 😂 x lots of love to you Jonnie boi and the fur babies 🤗❤️xxxxxx
You need to name the pond , The Frog Pond. Where I grew up, we had a restaurant in town that sold frog legs on its menu. It had a pond on the property where they harvested the frogs. The restaurant was called The Frog Pond. Frog legs are a delicacy where I grew up, which is along the Louisiana and Mississippi Stateline. The French and Spanish settled the area, particularly Louisiana. Frog legs are like escargot, snails, if you will. It's not my cup of tea. I'm a simple girl. I strictly stay with beef, chicken, some pork, and some seafood. 😅
I’ve still never tasted frogs legs Susan, and it’s not something I’d want to cook for myself particularly so I think I need to trip to France to try the real deal! 🤩
Lovely to see your stroll around the farm, despite the weather. If it's any consolation I am over in Dorset at the moment and it has been pouring down here as well. Great to see Sunny looking so relaxed and at home now. And Sassey of course. What is the 'cat crack' ? Looks a bit like evaporated milk... Wow - that looks a strong Aeropress brew. What is your coffee of choice ? Pea hummus - sounds intriguing. Is that a recipe you have posted before ? Watching you make the frittata, started my stomach rumbling😋- but still an hour or so until my breakfast. KEEP the dress - as it definitely suits you. Lovely colour and looks really comfy (if the weather ever turns warm again)🤞 And good luck at the craft fair - maybe the poor weather will encourage more folks to turn up...
Cat crack is tubes of goo called Lick e Lix, she’s completely and utterly addicted to them 🤦♀️ Coffee is the Baya blend from Owens Coffee in Devon (think there’s a discount code for them in the video descriptions if you wanted to try them out). Pea hummus, no I don’t;t think I’ve shared it before, it’s a regular hummus recipe but you swap out the chickpeas from defrosted peas. YUM!
@@hedgecomber Hi - thanks for all the info, as after posting I felt a bit guilty of asking so many questions. I haven't tried Owens Baya Blend - but I used to love going to Endsleigh, so will put that down on my summer list. I googled the pea hummus, as yours looked great - and found an easy-'peas'y (pun intended) recipe using frozen peas - so definitely want to give that a try, Two more questions for your next upload😉- how did the craft fair go, and did you decide to keep the dress? Take care 🌞
I think the dress suits you though maybe a little big at the top. The colours are nice though. Loving your sewing machine; I learnt on a singer treadle machine, just wish I still had it 😢. Sunny looks so settled in now too - hope he’s going to love the 🚐 ❤❤
Hello Jane! Your old photography friend here - just found your channel and following along from Dorset! I didn't know you made leather goods - they look great (l think my daughter bought a keyring when she was over from Australia). Sunny is a star! I have a rescue grom Cyprus - Dudley 🐕 Is Matt OK? He didn't answer my last message ....
Hello you! 🤩 Yeah, Matt’s all good, I’ll give him a nudge next time I see him to not be so slack 🤣 Hope your new life is treating you well, we miss having you down here xx
Jane, you look lovely in the dress but a smaller size would fit you better. I enjoy wearing dresses in the summer as I live in the SE US where it is very hot and humid and dresses are so much more comfortable. I am not a girly girl but I do enjoy looking 'pretty' in a dress some days. I love your videos of your life, loves, pets, food and travel. I long for frogs in my garden so appreciated you sharing yours. Best of luck at the craft fair. Your items are wonderful.
@hedgecomber beautiful, I holiday in Watergate Bay since baby, then took my kids there every year, then moved to longdowns near penryn. But moved to Oz in 08
@@hedgecomber yes! I fell for you channel back under your Covid vlogs, but haven't watched much since. Mostly because I can't keep my attention straight lol.
Aww, well I love making them, they just never seemed to get much engagement so I figured folk weren’t interested in them! In that case, maybe I’ll make the odd one, just for you 🤩
Ditch the dress. It doesn't fit you properly. Fabric is flattering. Long or mid-calf, fine. But I think you'll find it easier to hang around the farm with something a bit shorter. Dresses are great. Just find one that fits properly. Another terrific video. So glad Sunny is working out. Hi Elaine. xo
I hope it isn't too pretentious of me to quote yourself to you, but are you sure the dress is for the real you and not your fantasy self? I suppose sometimes you don't know until you try. Anyway it is a pretty dress and I like the color 😊

The dress is gorgeous, please keep it!!

Dress looks lovely on you❤
Thank you Nicola!
Oooh it’s like being in lockdown again (in a good way Jane) loved the little life on the farm vids during Covid.
Aw, thanks David! I enjoy making farm vlogs, so maybe I should do more ☺️

Yes! I can’t believe I forgot to share footage of the chooks! Next time, I promise ☺️
The dress looks amazing on you keep it xx
You look lovely in your dress! ❤
That dress!❤ You look great❤
Thanks for sharing your day!!! Especially loved the pet, Mum and cooking content! The dress looks great on you! We're also having LOTS of rain!
Thanks Z!
The dress looks amazing on you! Please keep it. I love this video. Thank you for sharing! Take care! 😊❤
Thank you Elena, I think I’ve left it too late to return it now anyway, so I guess it’s staying 🤣

Nearly defriended you for the Pea Hummus. LOL
I’ve likely been unfriended for worse 🤣🤣🤣
Keep!
I like the dressing you. I think you will feel better once it is washed. Xx
It definitely ‘sits’ better after a wash Denise 👌

A 100 year old sewing machine and it still works - I somehow doubt the same will ever be said about any of today's tech!
I 100% agree 🤦♀️

Ha! Yes, quite possibly! Dresses do make me feel uncomfortable, but is that just because I’m not used to wearing them 🤷♀️
