Getting Warlocks to work together in a large group seems like herding cats. Even Rogues seem easier.
Well you can scare them like Gildan did. With some sort of power you can provide they will stay with you and likely trying to backstab. But that's OK for warlocks.

Something interesting to note: the netherlord is, by a huge margin, more powerful than the entire council combined once you obtain your artifact (i think of the scepter ws the canon one as i main destro)How so? Jaggonoth easily subdued all of us at once and later we are unable to even face him with 4 of us. Yet later we arrive alone on dreadscar rift and easily destroy jaggonoth in single(ish) combat. Once we barely survived facing off against kanrethad. Now we are the master warlock, now we are the most powerful warlock from azeroth, wielding weapons even Sargeras is said to fear! Now, we are unstoppable. The Legion will tremble before our might

the reason the council of black harvest was formed was that warlock started stagnating in power. they were slowly getting outclassed by mages. mages had the kirin tor constantly researching new magic. the quest said that priests started tapping into the void, warriors bulding incredible banners to aid them in combat and mages started to even bend time and space to their will. thats why locks had to do something similar or they would be pointless for them to exist.
Silly gnomes, they always think they can *trifle* around with demons.

I'm an bumbling idiot...I can't believe I missed that one...watching it now...alone...quietly in a dark corner...
Meow Stein Wrong. With the streamlining and dumbing down to all classes starting in WoD, all classes are equally fun/boring, as they're all now basically color changes, the same skills on every class that just go by different names with different animations etc.
Besides making all the classes feel the same though (no, I'm not talking out of my ass; I have all classes maxed, save for my mage and rogue chillin somewhere back in the mid 90's or so), almost all the other changes (slight graphics upgrade, the near perfect, very fluid system of questing that we now have, the main bad guys and their minions actually being present throughout each Zone's storyline, the great UI changes etc etc.) however are amazing. Very happy with how Legion turned out for the most part.

I did the green fire quest back in 2010ish, was one of the hardest things for me anyway, and as I saw my toon spin in a ball I cheered and THE POWER WENT OUT!
It took 4 hours for the power to return, and when I logged back in, No green fire!!!
So, I opened a ticket.
The GM told me it looks like I was about to complete the quest line but then logged off and it abandoned the quest line..
Why would I do that? I explained the power outage, Nope, just gonna have to do it again..
I opened 4 tickets, I've been a player since 2005, never asked for anything, but this I actually had, I got the same GM with each ticket but the last one and he was new and sided with the older GM's decision and that Green Fire is a sacred act of passage time honor, and I absolutely lost my mind because there was no reason for this I wouldn't have logged out there, as a cosmetic item and a long paying customer, where was the benefit of the doubt, where was my customer service?
Anyway, I had stopped paying and playing, 14 years later I've come back, and things have changed since my warlock was 95...
Anyway I discovered the Tomb of Lost Legion was missing....had to get it again and now will have to wait till I lvl up, just sucks.
Hopefully it's easier at 70 than it was at 95....sigh....I'll get it. Lol and I don't run Destruction, I've always been Demonology, lol we have, what, maybe one fire spell? If that.... anyway just wanted to voice my in Justice, and God help you do not log out when you're spinning in the air. They think you left and deserve to be punished and do it again. Wish me 🤞 luck

I'm pretty sure it was suggested that the worgen council member has became mute after the battle with Deathwing (wears something kinda metalling around his jaw, maybe it was torn off?)
The destructive end of Deathwing at the Maelstrom caused him trauma and it caused him to be mute, I think.
Two things. Did anyone noticed that the Demons sounds like Gollum and anyone else noticed that the starting gorup is pure Horde?

The fel green fire quest chain was bloody hard, especially that final fight. At least if you did it in MoP when it first dropped.

You can tell that not every class hall got the same level of work because the Warlock Hall is one of the most bland and uninspired. I really like the warrior, monk and rogue halls in particular. But warlock and monk are basically rocks floating in space just with a different tint.
On another note, Nobbel can you do a lore videos about demons? What is a demon? What makes a demon a demon? Who are the demonic races of WoW and what are they like?
Hey, Nobbel, can you make a series on why certain classes are playable by certain races? For example, I'm interested in how humans learned to be warlocks.

Why these demons act like cartoons?
I missed the Golden days of Wc3 where demons are scary because of their good voice acting.
Nobbel, I think Legion is a really good expansion. I also think though that they should have maybe have made, a non-Legion based expansion leading to Legion, a filler if you will. The reason for this we also fought them in Warlords of Draenor and the Iron Horde. Only for this I believe Legion may have been more popular. I was listening to your last video, about the Old Gods. This lead me to ponder on the Sha (of anger, ect). I wonder is the essence of the Sha completely gone, because evil like that never truly dies; simply hides away to gain strength. With the heart of the old god still in Azeroth, could Legion entering Pandaria affect the heart or the essences of the Sha that may reside in Pandaria?
Also, what's to stop someone teleporting to the old heart and pour in some juicy FEL BLOOD. That would really have catastrophic consequences. The old gods are counting their time to unleash their dark armies upon Azeroth, it is very possible that they could have influenced many individuals both on the Horde side and on the Alliance side, basically the same way the Legion has done. The next expansion could very well be an Old God expansion.

There's not much lore to it, I'm afraid; all we know about it before Varian brandishing it is that it belonged to a pair of famous twins who fought demons during the War of the Ancients and it was two separate weapons

All very interesting, but one question I hoped would've been answered was: Why aren't Azeroth's Warlocks helping the Burning Legion? If 1 Warlock, Gul'Dan, could be such a useful pawn in opening a portal to the Nether, why not entice a....ahem...legion of Warlocks to do the same, of course with the promise of untold power? What's motivating these dark anti-heroes to "save" Azeroth and the pitiful kingdoms that attempt to defend it?
It is the mark of a great warlock to rule, not to serve. Allies of the Burning Legion will always be their servants ;)

But I just saw your Legion Alpha video on the Doomhammer and I don't know if you still check comments on videos that old.You talked about Thrall the problem he has with the elements at the moment. Here is my theory.Its not the elements that have a problem with what Thrall had to do to Garrosh, it's Thrall who has a problem with what he had to do. And his feelings on this are affecting his relationship with the elements.Like maybe Thrall considers his use of the elements in that moment of one-on-one conflict with Garrosh cheating, or something like that.
calydus is Blizzard paying homage to LOTR. Blizzard does a lot of cool nods like this to fantasy accomplishments.
