Funny, I have a very large face and head, and I find that the Aura masks fit me very well. It is also my youngest son's favorite N95. It fits a wide range of face/head sizes, and I can confirm it is very breathable. There is a reason why the 3M Aura's are often called the gold standard of N95s.
I have been using these for a while, and have no complaints. I really like the seal at the top, because of the long inside foam strip that prevents leakage. I have an average sized male face, and they fit just fine. I don't have any problems with donning/doffing. I buy them in the 20-unit box, because they are cheaper that way.
My three .gov N95’s were the Aura 9310+ with white material type elastic straps. Wonder if the difference is just the strap material? I also have some other brand duckbills. The Aura is very well built but is hotter to me compared to the duckbill.
Oct. 2023 Interesting I didn’t notice a smell. The staples aren’t an ideal strap attachment design. Some reviews on Amazon showed breakage. I personally like the comfort fit. Another reviewer on UTUBE called 3M inquiring about the different lot number on mask and box. 3M said that is correct. The lot number on the mask indicates when the mask was made.
Been using these for 3 years and never noticed a bad smell. It has a new smell to it, but it’s mild and not bad like people dramatically claim. Only ever had one strap break on me these 3 years because it got caught on the ring on my finger when I was putting it on.
Donning and doffing them is kind of annoying for some reason. I think it's because of their foldability, it makes it awkward to get on right. These fit strangely on my face. They are better around the nose, but I always feel like the chin is going to flip up. I didn't really notice a bad smell in mine.
Tri-fold models in general are a little trickier to put on, but do allow for more surface area which helps with breathability. No matter how good any mask is though, it still needs to fit your face in order to provide the wearer with proper protection.
@@AccuMedTech They are definitely the more comfortable N95's to wear. I also love that with the nose piece, I don't get fogging on my eye glasses like other less snug KN95 masks. In the winter that is a must!
We haven't tested any of these in our lab, however, I've added them to our Master Data sheet to be tested ASAP. Be sure to subscribe to be notified once we test it.
I tried these and they fit fantastic on my very narrow nose bridge. Unfortunately they loosened very quickly under the chin with talking making the seal break after only a few hours causing me to get Covid. I have a very pointy chin so that may have stretched the mask more than most peoples would.

Hi, do you know if the filtration of the 3m 9010 mask is good?
