Actually, some of the Iowa doctors are amongst some of the best in the nation depending on where your at. If you go to The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City and you'll find some of the best in the nation and one of the top burn and trauma units with highly skilled burn doctors and nurses that have taught most of the other burn docs throughout the nation!

You are 100% correct my friend. Being a retired RN there is so very much that can be done. People don't know that if you can get yourself to a hospital within 4 hours of the onset of symptoms, there is IV medication that can be given to reverse the effects of a stroke. I have to wonder if Frank may have called Mike for help and he made an excuse not to help??? The way he's acted thus far, one has to wonder.
I just can’t understand WHY it is necessary to share this publicly. His personal life, emotional, financial etc etc is none of the public’s business. Shame on you.

It was Mike's show he developed it. History channel wanted him to have a sidekick that's why Frank was there. Frank's a drunk and cheap. They were never partners that was made up for the show.

Not all TV show stars are friends in real life. This should not be confused. And the drinking issue was addressed over a year. You cannot make someone get help and you also have to look out for your own interest and well being. having lost my only brother to an addiction. I know first hand how hard and exhausting it is to try and make them get help. So if you have not been on both sides maybe just take it easy on the guy. just saying.

I've worked with quite a few people over the years that I didn't like and wasn't "friends" with. But we managed to get along on the job because that's what you do at work. We haven't kept in touch and if something bad were to happen to them I wouldn't feel any obligation to help them out. Because we were never friends. Why does everyone seem to assume that it's any different in the entertainment business?

Anybody who has a stroke and becomes incapacitated will become bankrupt in a short period od time. I've seen this happen several times with people. Nobody has enough money to pay for it all. I hope I just drop dead so my kids get an inheritance.

Life is complicated.
No one truly knows what is going on. We can all think things but do we truly know who has or has not visited or helped in any way? Everyone making judgments about this does not have the full knowledge of everything. Frank has an estate that needs to be looked after. No matter what anyone else pays for fees need to be paid to establish an impartial process to be set up to care for him. If Wolfe paid any of the fees any then made any purchases from his estate someone could then say he took unfair advantage of that situation. So all of you thinking Wolfe should step in and pay for stuff needs to understand that but Frank paying for his own fees he is actually keeping control of his own business.
