WHY IS MY GAME SO SMOOTH?:
No my pc is not from Nasa, I'm using a built in screen recorder mod made by the developers of Teardown, the mod takes a screenshot every frame that can later be compiled into a smooth 60fps video that is enjoyable to view for UA-cam. The game is actually running quite slow sometimes reaching 3fps or even 1fps during intense scenes such as plane crashes. Even though my videos are only a few minutes long they can take hours to make.

It's actually playing at 2fps, the game can record each frame and then compiles it into a 60fps video. My videos take 1 - 2 hours usually

@@Notor26 my pc handles the regular game completely fine at stable 60fps, only when it comes to plane crashes and stuff like planets crashing into building is when it reaches low fps. All the planes and other stuff were modded, game wasn't made to handle such big scale destruction.

How did you spawn multiple planets at once? When I spawn on a planet it already appears falling, how did you spawn so many and they were floating and only fell later? Please answer me...
Using the mod Artzert's Utilities I paused time, then placed a bunch of planets

@@Sndjw It's the Space Sandbox mod, once you have the mod enabled all the planets show up in the spawn menu

Yeah unfortunately Teardown wasn't made to have realistic planet simulations lol
How can you play at high fps?
The developers made a screen recording mod that takes a picture every frame and then processes it into a 60fps video, doesn't matter how slow it runs in real time, the video will always be 60fps.
It's actually running at like 5 fps for me, even lower in intense scenes

@@TeardownDestructionClips had the c4 mod and also had this mod put about 260 or 270 c4’s in the big building and it went from 30-ish fps to dead immediately it crashed the game

I wish I could do things like this but my game cannot run above 30 frames
Mine can't either, the game runs fine during the campaing/story but when you start to get into big destruction using mods no pc can really handle it. I'm using the screen recorder to make it look smooth, it's actually very laggy for me aswell. My youtube videos take hours to make because of how slow it is
