We ate everything in 5 minutes! Incredibly quick and juicy plum cake that melts in your mouth! This cake is even more delicious than the famous king cake and Napoleon cake! Epic cake recipe! ✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
90 g butter (5 tbsp)
90 grams sugar (1/2 cup)
150 ml milk (3/4 cup)
220 g flour (1 cup + 1/2 cup)
2 teaspoons of baking soda
14 plums (more if desired)
Sliced almonds
1 tbsp brown sugar
Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
Baking dish 26x18 cm (10x7 inches)
