Brand new Zoomer Dog does not charge. Here is how the problem was resolved and a few tips on how to avoid these problems, as well as a little demo.
If yours appears not to charge:
-Switch Zoomer to the OFF Position indicated by an O
-Plug it into a wall charger, a Computers USB port can work but can be much slower.
-Use a charger that has a charging indicator if possible
-Let it charge for 3 hours
To test charging level:
-After charging Zoomer Disconnect the Charging Cable
-Switch Zoomer ON
-Quickly Reconnect the charging cable
-Press Down on Zoomers Head
-Eyes should indicate level of charge
