The most Common parameter all of them use is PO3/Judas swing.
Also the fvg and accumulation
FVG is also the most common
They're the most common because they're all the same thing.
Because literally every candle has a PO3.
Yeahup! I use the same things. The algorithm moves in the PO3 during very specific times typically & that judas swing is a part of that PO3. If you simply wait for it to all play out & allow the algorithm to show you its intentions, sweep of liquidity or liquidity raid (judas swing), the manipulation, after the accumulation, then you wait for the MSS or break, displacement, then the FVG to form, then there's your set up. But always keep in mind HTF DOL & make sure you take your trade in that direction of the draw, then now you're no longer gambling & you're chances of winning that trade is very probable.
Sounds so simple but it's not always easy to see sometimes. I personally get confused & even forget where the DOL is. This is why it's always good to write down where the DOL is more than likely going to be.

My strategy is also ICT based,.....been through many strategies and this is the only complete one. So many strategies are just based on historical data(even the good ones). I even did a couple SMC courses before ICT and the regular SMC pays too much attention to market structure ignoring other factors. If you are not profitable, the ICT approach to the market will give you a better perspective of what is happening in the chart,,,,(Big players vs retail traders, Clearer take profit targets, no need for indicators, different entry methods to suit your personality, ). Anyway lets keep getting better.

It works for a few months then it doesn’t. That’s why you see these ICT traders blowing their accounts several times a year.
For the past 4 years I traded with indicators based strategy, giving me inconsistent profits. I uses to hate smc, ict traders are like a cult. I read Trading in the zone, Psychology related and a lot of trading books, taught me how to have tight risk management, good psychology, decipline and an edge that gives me 5-20% per annum. But last year when i watched most of the successful prop traders are Ict students. Then i decided to learn ICT contents intensively, also by Backtesting and And live test. Now i am making 5-20% a month. Thanks to ICT, forever grateful

I'm so glad ICT renamed so many concepts and trading strategies that were written about in the past. By renaming them and explaining them in a very complicated and convoluted way he's created a cult following of mostly young people that will never succeed because he's made it even harder for them to understand.

In the begining, stay away from the complicated concepts, using Indicators, divergences, trend lines, patterns etc...

Thank you so much! Please share more regarding traders who studied other concepts (and for how long) before the followed ICT concepts.
Eg. Tony Trader studied for over 2 years before she found ICt and studied him for 18 mos. No one is sharing what they studied prior and for how long before they found ICT.

yeah jadecapfx is #1 trader from funded engineer, but he uses a little of ICT in reality all those guys just are in big profits because the high time frames, they "get" the right surg, but they try to surg in the ltf , this is hard and betrayal a lot. Many ict traders will fail 80% of time, but if this guys , with the right mindset, the right market reading from Daily charts skill go to swingtrading, much more guys would do big profits ;)

I could never learn all the ict concepts it was a tad too complicated but the things i took defintley changed my trading forever I was already doing ok but amc ict really helped my technical analysis. I think ppl want a strategy to be perfect u have to have knowledge of your own for this stuff to work

I have been trading for 2.5 years and in that time, I've learned that almost all strategies work in a specific market condition. Your job isn't to learn every strategy, but to develop a system, master it, and determine when your strategy works in which market condition. Risk-reward is the most crucial part of trading. Aim for at least a 1:3 risk-reward ratio.

But why complicate so much things to create 20+ fancy concepts just to enter on 5m
if you can swingtrading on 4h or 1h and do great without this "ltf" efforts and living a life away from the "screen"

It's the best way. Day trading is a marketing scam although if you're a good trader you can make more money day trading obviously, but to me I realized all the screen time won't be worth it after a certain point. Might as well start trading the D1 now

Kimmel did a live today he is mixing ICT concepts with high time frames to get better setups with more high probability. There are guys who do this on m5/m15 but also got just 3/4 trades in a week, the wrong approach is do daytrade but with 5/10 trades a day, totally delusional. 🙌🏻😅
maybe because in lower timeframes you can trim your stops. You can have better RRR
@@allenarcilla8367 yep but what make you a good trader will be understand the onion of the timeframes correlation, rejections at closing and shift of structure at a lower time frame, but you are just polishing your entry your trade still will run for 8h-3days or more ,many many 15m candles.
But some ict guys, the loser ones, don't do this, they jump to 5m,1m and start from there, not starting from Daily.
That was my statement, all this ict pros except those judas swing, silver bullet that are just a little window of time taking advantage of a session open, will trade using top down analysis, understanding what happens in the htf
