Thanks for watching. I know there is heygen similar to D-ID. Now for all the lipsycing tools, they provide you with limited credits per month, so you have to use it wisely. If you want to create a 20mins video, you will need to decide where to use the avatar and where not to. Maybe max 2mins and makeup for the remaining 18mins. If you want to use a talking Avatar through out the video, you will burn out your credit on just one video and it will get pretty expensive very fast. That is why you see some people create a masked avatar and just make it look like it is talking, so they can use it for any length they want without burning a hole in their pocket. But if you want your avatar to talk , you will have to be strategic.
I would reccomend something even better. It takes some time to set it up and there will be a starting investment (web camera), but then no subscription will be required, since it sits in your PC not as a web service. Create character in MidJourney as is described in this video, but then use Adobe Photoshop / Adobe Character Animator and create avatar that will copy your movement even lipsync with you via webcam in real time. It may seems a little bit complicated at the first glance, but there are some great tutorials to help you set it all up in a day even if you never worked with it before. Non of the today's AI movement generators can compete with it.

Upscalling your video is what I was missing cos using D Id voice over made the videos I have created in the past hair or head move weirdly - I will try the cap cut upscale and see how it goes
OK. For the head moving weirdly. Check properly. The image might be tilted or not sitting properly. I use to have those weird movements till I fixed it.

I don't know of any program that you can create that length of video for An Avatar you won't be paying heavily and it won't be worth it. Or else you want your avatar to be be lipsynced and use a mask, then when you create such avatar, you can use it as long as you like. But if you want it talking like the one I created in this tutorial. You can only use it max for 2mins for strategic places and fill the other mins with something else.
If you are using the trial plan, they will be watermark all over the video, but if you are using any payed plan and this is happening. Kindly contact their support and they will fix it for you.

When I “vary subtle” the image. It doesn’t give me the option to edit anything(remix prompt). It just uploads whatever it wants.

Remix Prompt doesn't come up when I click Vary Subtle. Instead it automatically creates varations.
Type /setting and switch on the remix. When you try again, it should pop up

How do you get the watermark off D-ID
Depending on the plan you are using. I normally get a tiny watermark at the both left, I use my editing too to remove it.

That's strange. Double check the image and make sure it is centered and not one sided. Also try to zoom into the face abit, if it seems far.

Alot of very good tools are not free anyone. However you can try Leonardo ai. It gives you credit to try out the app for free.

I used your prompt and when I added the ar number at the end, mid journey said error, and did not generate any images till I put the prompt without it
You might be making a mistake when typing the aspect ratio e.g --ar 3:4 is correct not --ar3:4. Double check what you are typing. To avoid the error
