O vídeo mostra o atleta Manoel (ex-Internacional-RS, PSV-Holanda, Sporting e Porto, ambos de Portugal), que está sendo reabilitado de um estiramento na coxa esquerda, no músculo reto femoral. Um dos métodos utilizados no trabalho foi o Treinamento Funcional Preventivo, que tem o objetivo de corrigir e educar o movimento do atleta. E essa foi a parte final do tratamento intensivo que foi feito, onde priorizamos o ganho de propriocepção, força, coordenação, agilidade e flexibilidade.
