So sorry I missed this and that I'm late in saying Happy 1st Anniversary to you Zanny! You have become not only one of my favorite Vtubers in FSP EN, but also a favorite Vtuber of mine in general. You are so sweet and funny and I couldn't have been happier to have joined your community since debut. I look forward to seeing what else you do in the future, our sweet Netherbrand.
I want you to know that this stream got me so emotional, that by the end I was hugging a cola bottle (my plushies were out of arm's reach). Somehow that mix of sappiness and silliness sums up a good part of what makes this community special - and you've played a huge part in making that happen. Whatever comes next, I'm glad I took the chance to be a Netherling. Otsu, my kamioshi.
And now, sap in the form of a short story (a longer version of the story I sent as a supa).
"Once, there was a squirrel. This squirrel had been having a difficult year, mired in stress and uncertainty. To gain temporary escape, the squirrel turned to the Cosmic Sea of Prismatic Sand - a place in-between universe and multiverse, where the Prismatic Sand could take on myriad forms and myriad sounds. There were those who used the Prismatic Sand to share stories and information, entertain others, or simply find new people.
For months, the squirrel would wander through the Cosmic Sea, simply watching whatever caught the little rodent's interest.
And then, one day, the squirrel saw something unexpected: an incubus. A demon who had some story about being a noble who ran away from home, and now simply existed as the host of a club. A demon who was handsome, intelligent, entertaining, and had a lovely voice.
The squirrel returned to watch the shows the incubus put on - but from the shadows.
From this hiding spot, the squirrel saw that this incubus had a whole crowd of little demons who would regularly return to his shows. To the squirrel's surprise, the incubus often talked to them, and they to him. It was clear that he loved these little demons, and they loved him.
The squirrel began to wonder - "Should I join in?" And the squirrel was hesitant. For this little rodent was quite different from those demons. Would they accept some "mere talking animal" as one of their own?
In time, it was the squirrel's birthday. And the squirrel decided, "You know what, it's my birthday. I should do something nice for myself for a change."
So, nervously, the squirrel left the shadows and shyly said hello to the little demons. The demons greeted the squirrel in turn, and welcomed the little rodent in.
Before long, the squirrel began to change into a demon. And there were no regrets.
A whole new community, a bunch of new friends, and a comforting incubus to return to day after day? All things considered, it was a pretty good birthday gift."

Two days or more late, but ah well. I remember not being able to catch live cause of work. It always baffles me every time, Zanny says when he started there was little hope for him and he was lost. It seems unreal considering how he is now and how much he has grown and yet still remains himself. If anything perhaps he became more confident being him just as he now.
Anyway found the netherlings and Zanny after a long vtuber journey. Always glad when I can catch a live, even if I am not too sure if I am netherling or not at times. I know a netherling is a netherling, but I suppose for me it is hard to accept that and all the love given. It is strange, but then again....maybe that is why I found you all and Zanny in the first place. To learn how to love myself, be me and genuinely be loved by others even if is online or a vtuber. You still are people and to have a community as welcoming and lovely as this without the chaos that some that start this way can have?
I must say bravo to all.
Zanny, always stay you and keep spreading the love and what it means to be truly yourself and find your way and purpose through love, spite, determination or whatever fuel you have to keep that fire going. Netherlings always be your lovely and comfy self. You all are beautiful and strong in your own way and I truly love each and everyone of you for just being you.
