Howzit guyz lovely catch but I see the cleaning the fish skill isn't to grand 🤗 try to use sharp utensils and basically use a pair is scissors to cut of the fins and to ripp the stomach that way you don't smash the fish even when you cutting the fish ,you slice one side then use something to knock on the knife to cut through the center bone then continue to slice through and promise you you will have firm piece s
