- Cabin 10474 is categorized as a balcony room (8B) and is 205 sq ft.
- Room 10474 is not technically categorized as an extended balcony per the carnival deck plan, but as seen in the video the balcony is larger than the standard balcony.
Pros:
- Bright colors
- Good closet space to hang and organize clothes.
- USB’s near bed and personal reading lights.
- Awesome balcony (10474) with tons of space. Balcony is fully covered.
- Shower door instead of shower curtain
- Good amount of room in shower.
Cons:
- Rooms feel small
- Bathroom toilet area is small.
- Space between bed, wall, and balcony door is tight.
Tip:
- bring strong magnets to hold mesh shoe organizers so you can store your toiletries, hair care, shoes, socks etc to make use of empty wall space.
- bring a small personal fan.

Yes, the closet space is great. We had plenty of room to hang and organize our clothes with three in the room.

Do you have to request them to turn the sofa into a bed or they automatically do that when it’s a room booked for 3?

Hi @TodayFungus and @pher5925. Your room steward will automatically turn the sofa into a bed. We've sailed twice with three people in a room and each room steward would keep the sofa in the sofa bed confirmation throughout the duration of the cruise. They would also tidy the sheets each morning. I do have to admit, the sofa bed is not the most comfortable for adults and I actually found that sleeping on the sofa itself, with a sheet, was more comfortable.
