Hola? Tengo el mismo carburador. Cuantas vueltas le das a cada tornillo para que quede bien carburado? Me estoy volviendo loco , nose si sea el carburador, porque he probado 2. Y quizás la falla esté en las láminas de admisión. Saludos
hey, hello so each carb needs to be adjusted, depending on many different parameters, so u can't jsut ask "how many turns have to be done with one screw" or another u need to understand what each screw does, and also adjusting - involves moving the niddle up-and down (with special retainer) and changing main jet diameters
I bought the same kit carb+intake. It was running great but when i hold wide open throttle for like 30-40 sec it begins to bog down and popping in the exhaust after a while it picks again. I have played with jets and needle possition and the problem stayed. The i figured out that it may be running out of fuel. The fuel flow level on this carb is non adjustable. Then i saw that the fuel line hole is very very small and even when i blow with mouth it creates great pressure. Im wondering should i drill the hole larger ? Have you had some issues?
haven't had that problem, but from what u explain: 1. try to use smaller jet and "measure" power, in my case 85 main jet was as good, on max revs, as 125 main jet - but with 125 u are just wasting fuel burning just wayy to rich, without producing additional power 2. i use one notch raised needle position, otherwise it had problems on mid 3. if u think fuel tub fill up is not going fast enough - try to check how well does the vacuum fuel pump work (disconnect fuel line, spin the motor with starter, see how well fuel flows out of the line) - it should be a healthy stream. i mean the in-going fuel line diameter shouldnot be a problem, the pump should be pushing fuel trough it with pressure no other ideas, u can try to drill the incoming fuel tube but i don't know, don't ruin anything
@@uchaabashidze i sanded down the needle pin that prevents carb from overflowing with 1 mm and the problem disappeared. I am with 90 main and needle at centre
I had standard carb and 70cc race cylinder kit and Yasuni exhaust. Run pretty smooth, and in gain wise it was more torque than speed from the kit. Although my mistake was that the piston had only 1 ring(race piston) and it broke down after like 2-3 months of daily use. If you buy 70 or 90cc kit check one with 2 rings on piston
Which year is your scooter made in, because I have a peugeot trekker which is 1999 and I bought dellorto phva 17.5 ed. My current carburetor have 2 houses, oil line and fuel line, but yours have 3 houses. Why?
3rd is vacuum - comes from small fuel pump, on fuel tank, when engine sucks air, it creates vacuum - and that vacuum, makes pump - pump fuel from the tank to the carb urs will have it too, but on stock trekker it goes into the special pin on the intake hose, very close to the engine (u'll find it, right where the intake goes into engine it self) this kit does also have that pin, but it's way too small - to use same rubber hose, so I used second vacuum pin - on the carb it self this is why u see 3 rubber hoses together, when on stock trekker - there would be 2, the third is just moved from farther down the air line :D

How did you take of the old 12.5mm throttle cable cap?
