As someone who works with Machine Learning, hearing AI makes me cringe. It is machine learning, it is a pattern recognition and suggestion tool, it is not intelligent. The term AI is a marketing term to get investors. Large language models are the current trendy thing with people, however it is not most useful tool and will probably distract innovation towards it due to CEOs falling for marketing and wanting to tell investors that they have a chatgpt tool made in house.
