that sls could use a bit of work, starship looks good and orion capsule is very epic The srbs are missing the smaller black-white pattern details Core pipe is a bit unrealistic Interstage should be same color as core stage There should be visible a part of the usa flag at the side of icps Missing extendable nozzle on icps, and the copvs on the intertank of it should be black
With this kind of architecture NASA won't actually need the Orion or SLS for the mission... The astronauts can just launch in a Dragon + F9, rendezvous in LEO with Starship HLS, transfer the astronauts to HLS, undock the Dragon from HLS and leave it waiting in LEO, head to the moon with the now crewed HLS, land on the moon, return from the moon, rendezvous again with the waiting Dragon in LEO, transfer astronauts to Dragon, and finally land on Earth with Dragon.. Starship HLS will in the meantime be parked in LEO, awaiting for the next Lunar landing mission...

I think that's mainly because Orion has been developed for a long time and it is much safer than Starship. The lunar version of Starship doesn't have heat shields, so it can't return astronauts back to earth. It is designed to be refueled and reused multiple times in space.
It is pretty much physically impossibile. Starship refuels in GTO like orbit and youd need to send crew there on dragon or starliner, but neither can reach it. Also as of now starship has not enaugh fuel to return to this orbit after mission and will be expended. Finally, after artemis 3 SLS will send not only Orion but also space station modules, independent missions and surface base components as comanifest payloads
HLS have no abort capability during launch from Earth and it also lacks the capability to land back on Earth... so even if the Astronauts launch together with the HLS, once the mission ends and they return to Earth, they will still need to land with a different spacecraft from Earth orbit.
