For Plato being such a “foundational thinker “ or so that’s what people in philosophy like to parrot… it doesn’t seem like most people have beyond a superficial parroting understanding of Plato - I.e. they just throw forms in your face, philosopher kings, and censureship and think they’ve given a good account of what Plato’s doing. Your thoughts?
