sir bs4 version is 14% more efficient then pre bs4 fz fi and i can confirm this because i own this for 4 months and i can extract upto 53-54kmpl though my riding style yields me 43-48kmpl, so surely it is more fuel efficient and I'm totally satisfied with this bike.

Hi sir, I am a big fan of you as well a regular follower of your youtube channel. I am from Kolkata,West Bengal.I am planning to buy a bike by the late 2017. I have sorted out two bikes as of now. Suzuki Gixxer(naked or SF) and Yamaha FZ-S V2. Would you please suggest the best one for me,as it is going to be my first bike... And I have some questions too. Q1= Yamaha FZ-S doesn't get a kick starter, is it a big concern? In winter or in monsoon on the 1st time of the day the kicks doesn't work properly. Q2= Yamaha FZ-S don't comes with rear disc brake, without disc brake how does the brake work?? In braking concern which bike has the edge?? Thank You.
I own a FZV2.0 there is no issue on cold starting or in the monsoons....I caught up in heavy rains for many times for more than 2hrs n my bike started with no issues......... for 150-160 CC bikes rear drum brake is not an issue and rear disc is useful if u r an experienced rider n able to brake without locking up the rear wheel......so look for the practicality aspects n not the specifications Even the gixxer,hornet had a drum brake during it's launch so it's just a strategy in the competition not a great need u must have.......hope this is helpful
