I had the chance to preview a BRAND-NEW restaurant coming to Flamingo Crossings (just 3 miles down the road from Walt Disney World), and if you've got an upcoming Disney trip on the books, you might want to add Simply Capri to your must-eat list! PLUS Simply Capri's creator, Nick Valenti, has also created fan-favorite restaurants such as Space 220, Via Napoli, Tutto Italia, and many more! I love LOVE Flamingo Crossings! Lime Mexican Grill is there and it’s my favorite place ever (we will have to go).
Yup, may not feel like Disney but those prices are Disney high. I rented an apartment directly across from the Disney college place. Don’t get one of the apartments along Hartzog road. You’ll hear buses 24 hours a day, non-stop.
Had the fantastic opportunity to do an international program in Epcot in 2014/2015 at the tutto Italia . I remember everything from that magical year , it was my first experience far from home . I also remember Benito , which was the manager at the tutto Italia; I cannot explain with words what a horrible , unjust ,slimy , person he is . He truly brings the Italian experience to the US . The worst of it . Hope the meal was enjoyable ! So nice to see Tiziano still around there ❤️

Booked dinner during our next visit, prompted by your review. The wine list appears to offer an impressive selection of authentic regional Italian wines. Can’t wait to sample them.

I like seeing some options that are outside the bubble (although I know Flamingo Crossing was developed by the company). I usually stay on property and don’t have a car when I visit, but seeing what else is around makes me think more about staying off-property for a different kind of trip. Would love to see you revisit Simply Capri after they’ve been open a while as a regular guest for an update!
