I m 21 years old male
Around a month back a started having pain in my testicles, so i started checking them again and again...i m a NEET aspirant and i have study a lot about our testis so i started panicking about them.. i went for ultrasound..but everything was ok ...No varicocele, no hydrocele.My testicular size is or was 3.8 ×2.8x 2.1 cm.. but after that i started having wet dreams but by only kissing i ejaculated and the ejaculate felt watery to touch.. i also had an anxiety attack..
I got myself checked from a local surgeon he said i m ok and gave Vitamin D 3 and multivitamins only...
Now i again feel my testis are undergoing atrophy and extreme PME and sometimes hypersensitive penis
What should i do sir
This tension is ruining my preparation as well
