where do you get the thing you put the paint on and how do you clean it?

I want to know too. I want to say it won’t work. The regular polish won’t spread the way the blooming gel will for this effect. 💖
I tried it with regular nail polish and it never worked the same as it worked with gel polish cause it dried fast
