- Antonio from ABueno Percussion were kind enough to give us a tour of their factory/workshop so we could learn a bit what goes into making a Cajon.
You'll see the process of making the Cajon structure and how the ABueno Cajon front plate or “tappa” is designed.
This video is just an example to illustrate the process the cajon making, of course, there are many more details that were not showed here (yeah... There are many more).

Bongos congas & antique cash register collecting I started making my own cajon drums around a year ago. I learned all about woodworking from UA-cam. Seriously, I did. I found that it’s fun to make a cajon and then play and hear what you actually made with your own hands and I highly recommend everyone to try making one yourself.
Wish had the time now but caring for my mom with ms but will look into it at a better time!!!!

You didn't show what everyone wanted to see!!! Anyone who wanted to copy your cajone would just buy one and take it apart. There was no sense in hiding the strings from us. That is the who,le reason i wanted to see the video!!!!
