Sir the imported video is not caching, it is showing not enough cache memory for the required frame rate range

Hi, Thanks for the video.Question ; say i have a footage where I start shooting ( Free move ) than i angle the cam from right to leftbut than back to right.
How would I go about this situation.i have my footage and I do use the hide left and right but that does not seem to give me a proper track.Your advice please ?
