Realised nobody answered you, but no you don't. ISOFIX is adequate without the seatbelt and unless the manufacturer requires seatbelt too then you could be compromising the safety of your child by using the seat in a way that has not been tested :)
@@MattiHeartsHP Thanks, I wanted to know the same thing, doesn't make sense to have both seatbelt and isofix. Might as well not bother with the isofix and just sue car seat and seatbelt.
@@DragonXDrei ISOFIX costs more, but is way way safer than seat belt install because it's so much easier. Car seat failure is almost always caused by user error/incorrect or inadequate installation. ISOFIX removes so much of the risk of that because it's so easy to use.

No help at all in fitting forward facing seats. No wonder 3 out of 4 are incorrectly fitted
