I missed commenting on this in the video as I am re-watching it. I started using a few items I already had on my shelves instead of the ones not working so much now. Don't forget to shop your shelves first before buying new resources. 😊
Shopping your shelf is so important because most times I already have a pack of paper or a blank spiral notebook & I don't need to go to the store and purchase. The same with books. 🌻
Yes to the fun stuff which is what homeschooling is all about. Homeschool will go a long way with fun stuff even for us as mom. You've got the right mind set. 🌻🙂
Thank you 🙂. I had to move from being scared in my early homeschool journey to trusting the process. And slowly reshaping my thought of what homeschooling should have looked like.
Loved your review of what you are using and why. Loved your video insert of the kids working on the magnetic board as well. So cute and that's a very interactive set up. I wanted to say yes, you are right about Fix-It. The original program is well done (I used it) but they revamped and updated it and it is even better. For anyone considering this material, I encourage you to get the newer version.
Hi, thank you🙂, and for sharing your experience! Fix It Grammer has been a great addition to help in the areas I had concerns about. Yes, everyone who used the older version seems to echo what you said about the newer version-your suggestion, I'm sure, will be helpful to someone. Thanks for watching!
This was great. I’m going to see if you have a video on writing rhetoric. It’s so hard for me to figure out which writing program to go with. Just subscribed. I also have a channel mainly about homeschooling and so glad to be able to connect here! 😊
Hi! My eldest is using Writing Rhetoric and doing well with it. Using Writing with Ease with my other two kids. I dont have any dedicated writing rhetoric videos yet. But there are quite a few moms on here who have made excellent videos on the topic. We are only on book 5. With book 3, we had an issue with outlining, and two inexpensive beginning outlining books suggested by another mom solved that for us. I showed just a peek in this video ----> ua-cam.com/video/R6JsJPLYAEU/v-deo.html as the books are not that many pages. We skipped a bit of the ending to book 4, mainly because of the content. But otherwise, so good so far. Thanks for stopping by, and I subscribed to your channel as well :)
@@MommyShareSpace thanks for the information on the writing rhetoric. Do you feel that it’s teaching intensive? And thank you so so much for supporting me as well!!
@@TheChan7 It is in that that I don't think it's a curriculum you can give the child to do on their own mostly. It does require that you do it with them. Even for a child where language arts is their strength, it still requires you to do a lot of it together to get the most from it. The good part though is that it does not require any prep, if any at all. Just open to the lesson you plan to do and go.

We read and discuss most of our history too. Seeing your channel for the first time. Hi.
Hi👋🏾. Hope the rest of your school year goes well too:) Thanks for stopping by and for watching!
Isn't Fix-It Grammar so, so good!?! 🌻
Oh yes, it is! We love it. It checked different boxes for all three of my kids at this stage:)
