It's absolutely pretty. I was surprised when you put the bed and the two-seater together to make, like, a modular seating. I never thought it would be functional. Not my style but it's cool.
This build is adorable! The first apt and the dark apt were my faves. I love how each had a little hobby or theme, just wish everyone had access to a laptop, as the first build seems a bit privileged, not that there's anything wrong with that lol. Please continue making tiny apartment buildings, they're some of my favorite builds that you do!
I love how harmonious the apartments and all the colors look! the way you put furniture and decoration together is so amazing. For me, with a lot of other sims builds the color palette always gets disturbed when decoration is added, but all four of your apartments really feel so harmonious and pretty
combining the sofa/bed, and the bookshelf/desk is genius!! also I hate putting TVs in my builds but my sims get so sad if on movie premier day if they can't get involved so I always begrudgingly add one
Thus build is SUPER ADORABLE! I think it would be great to have something like this on a rental lot as cabins, with a resort or something? I'm a SUCKER for tiny builds like this! And I am IN LOVE with the loveseat and single bed idea!
OMG, what a beautiful build!! The size of the space and how you decorated seems very authentic to Japanese tiny apartments. I'm surprised you didn't squish a 2x1 'wet room' bathroom considering how common that setup is in Japan!

I feel like something that would fit in mt komorebi is doing a build inspired by a ghibli film. Like trying to build a home themed around the bath house spirited away, or recreating the home from my neighbor totoro! Or even going to windenburg and trying to build a home based on the inside of howls castle
I just want Maxis to let us make separate lots on one lot. A restaurant/bar/shopping destination all on one lot, make our own apartments, the workarounds are so frustrating. Love this build!

This would be great to use for university living or for a play through with like way too many roommates 🤣💓 your builds are my favorite to watch. And honestly it's so encouraging to hear that you get burnt out in the middle of building too. That happens to me so much and I have SO many unfinished builds. Thanks for normalizing this stuff 💓 and keep taking care of yourself

I wonder how you move objects and still able to place things like floatimg, then merge and put back the moved away object. Example the table or counters. Can anyone pls tell me how it's done? Is there any key to press or what? How do you guys do it? Thank you so much.💕
Some of the windows are inside out. If it rained (realistically) it would get wet inside. But other than that... perfection! This is a wonderful build!
If you don’t mind a suggestion how about building a bathhouse right next to the apartment for the tenants. A common studio apartment in Japan have a community bathroom or even a bathhouse.
Considering the location of these apartments, you could have one apartment just not have a kitchen as well. Maybe just a mini fridge! Food is so easy to come by in this area, so you could have like a lazy person living there~
I would ove to be sble to create functional apartment buildings in the sims. we already have to roommate option but being able to separate each apartment for specific sims would be amazing
No mod or cheat necessary, although LittleMsSam’s “roommates” mod would probably enhance the feature. You can just create a household, dump em on the lot, and lock the doors to individual apartments. Or have one main landlord & put out an advertisement for roommates through your phone
Maybe you could do a house for a Bigfoot or a Yeti or some other kind of nature spirit up on top of the mountain? I'm picturing a cottage with one of those spirit dolls and some wind chimes out front
If these apartments existed in real life, they'll be expensive. Mainly from the landscape maintenance and the luxury finishes on the interior. Still, I would try to live there, hahaha
Why didnt you just switch the placements for the kitchens and beds? Like, always keep kitchen as you enter the main door, and then bed on the more private part of the room. They're literally the same amount of tiles. Having the bed right on the main door isn't very ideal irl haha

you could also do some type of crazy cat lady, but make it chic lol. gorgeous house but also is a cat sanctuary

I think the only way I’d buy most of the packs and kits is for build mode but I don’t build anyway so it would be to download houses on the gallery
