Just a FYI: I have discovered that if you need to double or triple the card stock it works better if you rotate the parts 90 degrees to the grain of the paper and glue only one layer at time, letting it dry under a weight. Then glue the next turned 90 degrees repeating the gluing process for each layer needed. This helps keep them flat and they seem to be stronger.

Yes but you need to fit to page, if you print 100% the scale, some wont be complete

I don't understand if I need to add paper tabs or just cut them in the existing parts. i.e. first parts (A2, A3, A4) are complete or do I need to add tabs and how? thanks
Hello. If it's the firs time building one of my designs, I'll let you know that you will always need to cut the glue tabs which are always at the last pages and add them to each corresponding piece. Regards

@@Thesecondandonly only letter size. I can't be making 2 versions of the same repaints, that would be an endless job. You just need to adjust your printer settings to fit to page, so you can print a letter size file on A4, the difference is not too much, the scale will vary.
