- When a student goes abroad for studies a major topic of concern is around food and how costly is it to eat out or how can student eat healthy food and that too by not wasting too much time in cooking and preparing by themselves. Here I will show you a tour of typical German university's cafeteria which is called Mensa, and give you an idea of how much variety of options are there along with an expected price range that you are expected to spend on it.

Hi rajat sir, Kiya app muje bta sakte ho ki immigration officers sirf students ke Germany Wale accommodation ka address hi poshti ha yaan onse accommodation ka proof like koi email , koi accommodation ka contract bhi mangti ha ?
They may ask any proof of accomodation. Like rental agreement or wohnungsgeberbestätigung.
And even booking of Airbnb or hotels may be fine.
And if you are staying with a friend or know people, then a letter from them is also fine. They just need to know sometimes that you have a place to stay, atleast in short run.
And sometimes they may not ask for it at all.

Approx around 7th Dec you should get email to submit passport for stamping. If you are from Mumbai VFS and have already submitted your passport, then you may get stamped passport in a week or so. Else for Delhi, you will have to submit pass after taking D-Visa stamping appointment, and it may then take another 9-10 days to get stamping done.

Kisi kisi university me hote hai gym. Sometimes it's part of dorm buildings as well. And many time students can get good discount at gyms which are located nearby university. My uni have 1 gym, but it's under dorm managing organization, so only students living in dorm can use it, but unfortunately that is also closed for now due to some repairs.

Mera question yahi hai k .mai kese India se room find kr skta hu .kyuki me kisi ko bhi nhi janta Germany me to mai jab airport par auga i don't knw mai kidhar jauga ager mai India se room na dhoondh paya on time .

I was also not able to find room from India. One of my classmate offered to stay with him for a few days. Then luckly one of my teacher, had a free house, so she agreed to keep me as guest while I search for my apartment in Germany.
Finding shared room as student is relatively easy, but for me I am looking for 2-3 room apartment which is much harder as student.

For English language courses, Uni usually expect 6.5 IELTS. Even if your Uni is fine with 5.5, like with some private uni, then Visa officer may ask you to retake and have 6.5 may be. You can either take your chances and re-give later if asked by Embassy or re-give exam now itself and have peace of mind.

- Firstly apply to dorms, then write email to dorm managing organizations separately like Studentenwerk or GWG or student organization in your Uni's region.
- Look for WG on the website like wg-gesucht, ImmoScout24, ImmoWelt, you can even download their apps. You can also use Ebay Germany but you will need VPN for it, as it is only allowed in Europe. Also post at Groups over Facebook.
- Then write email for help from your course coordinator or any professors or any pov, with whom you are in touch/communication.
- Try to connect with an existing student or alumni at Uni via facebook or linkedin, and try getting their help. They know the ground reality, and often know of places or people who can help you.
- As last resort if nothing is working, also check for cheapest airbnb or holiday home options for temporary situation, while you keep looking for better place using above option.
And Soon me ek video banadunga is topic pe. Till then please use above tips, keep trying, finding accommodation in Germany is very hard but not impossible.
