- Uploading in the wrong frame rate as the mavic said it was shooting 24fps in 4k when it was shooting 30fps. sorry for the slight lag
2 Day days up the blue mountains staying in a cabin in the middle of nowhere. All shots filmed with the dji mavic pro in 4k. these are all raw files. Enjoy

This is absolutely breathtaking. I love those backwards flyaway shots where the ground drops away revealing a sheer cliff.
That is definitely the shot you want to get on a waterfall. Beautiful place.
Mate what a killer! Rainbow going up a waterfall FFS! Love it. Hopefully I can get as good as that with my Mavic:-)

This is AWESOME! I was in the Blue Mountains in Nov, but they told me no drones. I wish I had just flown, but I had my phantom 4 - not my Mavic. It's harder to be covert with the Phantom.

After I saw your video, I travelt from Melbourne to Sydney, then I was unlucky I went three days in the blue mountain with my drone, it was windy foggy, and raining put I enjoy with your video

Try rendering in 24fps as well next time ;) Not that anybody cares except me, but footage will be smother.
Dimitri T I did do that but it's more the speeding and slowing down of the clips that it effects. I shoot 60fps on everything else so just gunna do that until they bring it out on 4K on a mavic

fantastic mate!! Which mode did you use in the very first excerpt 0:00 - 0:10? Was it tripod, intelligent or active track??
20 yrs ago I work for Sydney Water and use to drive below the 3 sisters (3 rock outcrop shown) , was 40 min drive down cliff faces , 2 creek crossings on fire trails from Mt Victoria to Sth Katoomba waste water (now gone) picked up many lost bushwalkers heading wrong way and walking deeper into the bush. You can not see the sky when down below and is very easy to get lost around there. can see in video fire trails still look clear in the distant.
That is the most breathtakingly amazing video of the Blue Mountains area. Which falls was in the video? I'd love to do a bushwalk there and propose to my boyfriend.
Blue Mountains electric train on Blue Mountains Line from Central Station, Sydney to Katoomba and check with other tourists or research tourism about good places to go and there 's a trolley bus which runs continuously to places to set down tourists. Please don't walk on river rocks as you see in the video. Tourists take chances they shouldn't and some pay with their lives. Realize the drone operator sends the drone where he can't go himself. Wow, awesome footage, best I have seen from videos from the Mavic pro on youtube, I'm in Perth and have been waiting since October to get my hands on a Mavic and still waiting.! Any tip would be great on filming such great shots, great work.
If you know the area then picture what you want before you do it. Create edits in your head when your listening to music. Always shoot on 4K and always have fun with it

why is compared to the phantom 4 pro the video is not as good on the mavic?
it seems like its a bit blurry sometimes when you look at the trees for example
Maybe the video settings on the P4P are much more automatic and better than the mavic?

David García Arévalo I found out after that I wasn’t meant to fly. So I would just take off from places where’s there’s not many people. Or just do it and say didn’t know. It’s to beautiful not to fly there

I live in the Blue Mountains and i wish you could see the other wonders this beautiful place has to offer apart from these mainstream tourist destinations.
I'm actually going to go there in a couple of days for only two days, what should I do? I mean, if I only got two days, I need to see the "mainstream" destinations at least right?..

Hi do you have lag in the traveling with 4k screen? Because when I watch on my computer I have got lots of lag during the traveling. It is not my connection (40mbps) I think it is my screen or because maybe you cannot make video in 4K 50p or 60p...
Slow computers cannot render 4K videos at that high bitrate. Try lowering the resolution or compress the video.

4k TV but internet provider wont allow smooth 4k streaming... i get like 5 frames per second then freeze.. sucks maan this video looks like it would be nice to watch

Lewis Blackburn Media well that takes away from my TVs 4k experience. I mean I only assume it's my provider since this is the first 4k video I've looked up and it just didn't work..

I don't have this drone, but I heard that it has manual focus, as opposed to the Phantom, which has infinity focus. So, how did you get these perfectly sharp images with apparently no depth-of-field blur anywhere?
Always just go focused on a point. Each clip always turned out crisp
