Your video was the only one i could find to show me close up of the antenna build, thank God i found your video it was a big help. Thanks and happy modeling.
Man, I really like the way you used your magic finger with a 'bob' sound when not wanting to repeat the assembly process.
Actually, your StuG IV build video inspired me to take up modelling again after 26 years.... And yes, it is a StuG.
Keep it up!
Fred.
+Skiti Dedu That's so nice to hear! Welcome back to this beautiful hobby 🤓👍 You gotta love the StuG 😎
muy bien hecho Don Sergio .
nice video, great details......
Good job. I know that these videos are extremely time consuming and tedious to make. So props to you for taking your time building an awesome model AND filming the whole process.
Thank you! Yeah, it's a huge effort but I enjoy the process (well, just the first gazillion hours 😅)
StuG life!!
I fell over laughing.. :-D
Looking good, can´t wait to see the paint and weathering.
Fred.
+Skiti Dedu Thank you, Fred! Paint and weathering video is now in progress 🤓
This model is wonderful. The first stug III i like so much. I have built stug III F (Dragon) and stug IV (Academy). Good quality also stug III G Tamiya.
Yes your style is great and keeps my smiling through the entire thing. Just one issue... I feel sad when there over LOL. Just as a kid when your favorite TV show was concluded. Thanks Sergio! MEEP MEEP!!!
I'm glad you like it that much!
Sergio and Tamiya. An unbeatable combination (except for Tamiya making the TC's headphones too big)! THANK YOU for posting this build.
+Lawrence Reid Thank you, Lawrence! You're very kind 😊 I finished the interior today, so tomorrow I can start painting the exterior and next week the weathering. I'll try to finish the video by the end of next week. Cheers and thanks for the support!
Very nice !!! Thanks a lot !
Photoetch loves you Sergio! another lovely one, thank you very much. :)
+laMoort That'd explain a lot 😅 Thank you for following my work!
I didnt choose the Stug life, the Stug life chose me!. Nice.
Gary from Spongebob... Now I can't unseee it. :D
@2,43 the music gave me the Stuggs
¡Muchas gracias! Me alegra mucho que aprecies mi trabajo 😀 ¡Saludos!
I very much enjoyed that video : )
Cool editing and nice build. Wish you all success!
+Vortex Thank you! It hasn't been easy, but I've enjoyed the journey 🤓
Very nice build Sergio, love the build sequences, great work! I personally didn't go for the kit tracks because I love the "sag" typical of these vehicles. Can't wait for the next part! :)
+Carlos Mendes Thank you, Carlos! Yeah, rubber tracks are not that nice, but I'll try to make them work 🤔 I think the painting and weathering process will take me a couple of weeks, so stay tuned!
Ottimo lavoro
I have the mini art series 0 kit in the stash ready to build after the Gaz AAA with dual maxims
I can send you spare figures from my Italeri Elefant if you want? The headphones are to scale. Great video... can't believe I missed one of yours. Thank you.
I got a few figures sets recently, but thank you very much for your offer. I really appreciate it :)
Very good
Thanks!
I wish I could give double like
+solidsnakeeathe You're very kind! Sharing my videos also helps 🤓
Quality build video as always Sergio! Cheers

+Scale Modelling Dasboat Thank you! I appreciate your support 🤓
Awesome, i like the way you make the videos! Congrats my friend :)
+Da Costa I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Amazing video, and top-notch editing to save time stylishly!
I've never built a tank model before (but I am accustomed to snap-fitting Bandai and Kotobukiya kits), so I can see by the amount of cement used and lack of connecting pegs in the parts that this is a level of involvement higher than what I'm used to.
However, I really want to get myself this exact StuG for my collection! That said, is there any way to avoid completely gluing the road wheels/sprockets/idlers that can allow the tracks to roll? Or would it risk popping everything off? Also, I'd imagine the rubbery plastic in the tracks is too firm to allow smooth rolling?
14:02 .... Sergio, you could have glued it. The jack blocks were ALWAYS painted. The same color as the rest of the tank. That way, the wood will be preserved. Bare wood rots away much quicker. Many modelers make this mistake. And the model factories. They all paint the wood in wood color, while they should simply paint the block along with the tank. It's that easy.
Very good tutorials keep going ;)
Greatings from Poland :)
+Falso Vero Thank you, Falso! It's always interesting to know where my viewers are from. Greetings from sunny Colombia! 😎
Sergio Solo
Wow! Colombia! I think you are from Spain :D Nice my friend :) what hour now is in your Country? In Poland we have 10:40pm.
+Falso Vero It's 4:41pm. We live in the past, haha 😅 But yeah, scale modeling is almost non-existent here, so I understand the confusion 🤓
It look good
se ve bien
i see what you did there with the plumbus. .
+gunjak87 👍
Te quedo genial me suscribo :D 🖒
¡Muchas gracias y bienvenido!
Hi from Ireland,
just wondering if you plan on being able to lift the top cupola so the gun can be seen, as there is a lot of detail there
and it would be a shame to hide it. (maybe cut the roof to be able to lift it, might be easier)
btw good work
+Gerard McCabe Hi, Gerard! I already painted the interior and decided to leave all hatches open. Removing and installing the superstructure can damage the paint job, based on some tests I've made. You'll see the end result pretty soon here on my channel 🤓 Cheers from Colombia! 🇨🇴
what is the benefit of metal parts(such as the barrel) ? i thought they were inconvenient due to the glue you need. why do people like photo edge and metal more? (sorry im not familiar with photo edge and that stuff)
They are basically more detailed and accurate than plastic parts, specially in thickness (they can be a lot thinner)
Great video! Love the editing and the details and the fact its bilingual. :)
Could you please tell me how to use the PVA glue? I mean, you sad you glued the wheel temporary with PVA glue. How do you 'debond' the glue after it dries?
if you use a tiny amount it should be possible to just pull the joint apart.
An alternative is to use blue tack instead of PVA.
I'm watching this 2 hrs after it got uploaded
Thanks! 👍
Sergio Solo I think you should either do a Sherman, a bulldog, or a panzer, I would probably like to see a m1 Abrams too
I have a Panzer IV in queue, so stay tuned
would you recommend this or the tamiya stug IV? i found the stug III B on amazon as well as the stug III G. whould you recommend this or the tamiya stug IV to a beginner?
Did you have any issue with the top fitting on the main body? Mine won't sit flush without holding it down.
+Richard Jimenez Yes, I had the same problem. It was a little bit curved, so I had to press it to be able to glue it. Not a big deal, fortunately
Great build, and what name of camera you use that?? Thanks you
+Hyaku Shiki Team Thanks! I use the Canon SX50 (iMovie for editing)
Eres hermano del Capitan Solo????
😜
would you recommend this or the tamiya stug IV? i found the stug III B on amazon as well as the stug III G, but both of them are just under 10 $ modre. whould you recommend this or the tamiya stug IV to a beginner? do the wheels spin?
I'd say the StuG IV is better for beginners. It doesn't have interior or photo etched parts. Wheels on the StuG III do not spin
with extra work, woulld a beginner be able to build this? because i really like the kit
+Tommy Lakasi Yes, it's not difficult.
Saludos
+Sergio Torres Vial Uso Tamiya Extra Thin Cement. Sí, es de secado rápido
Gracias.
does are beats head phones
Where is the new Clone Trooper videos?
+Joyousmicor That project is paused. Please check the FAQs in the description of the Clone Trooper videos
21:07 = Hahahaahahahaa
Typical rubber band tracks. They bow up around the idler and drive wheels, and bend around both. I don't see how that could be in any way acceptable.
Great video, as always! You are inspiring me to finish my model of the Enterprise from Star Trek - I have pictures over on Instagram @drknottercreations if you're interested. (I just followed you over there also 😀)
+Pat Plunkett Great! I have an Enterprise in my stash waiting for the right moment to be built. Following you now on Instagram 👍
Sergio Solo yaaaaa, I would LOVE to watch you put together an Enterprise! Which kit do you have? And thanks so much for the follow! 😆
+Pat Plunkett I've been very tempted for quite long, and I actually have 2 of them! Revell's 1/600 TOS and the one and only... PL 1/350 Refit! I was lucky to find it at a reasonable price, but I want to build it properly, and for that I need to keep saving. The lighting kits and pearlescent paints ain't cheap
