Morocco is a country filled with charm and culture, but like many other travel destinations, it's not without its scams. Even though I was traveling in Morocco for a while and being cautious, I too fell victim to a scam in the city of Fez. In this video, I’m going to share my experience and show you how it all unfolded.

I really enjoyed your videos and I'm screwed with you there a lot of scammers. They see that you're Asian and they think you got money especially from the US. I've dealt with that traveling through Europe and South America with luckily I wasn't alone. But you are a lot nicer than I would have been out of totem to get the heck away from me. Great 🙂👍 Morocco is safe just make your back bag on your chest in the crowded souks. Second thing barging, haggling is the national sport in Morocco so try to negotiate every price in the old souks without shame. Also you can see some beggars, 70 % of them are pro they can earn more than a bank manager. but if you are tired and you look for some chillout go to the city of the wind Essaouira city or Assillah city, or warzazet city. For Information the norrd of Morocco is a little cold in janury. In general Morocco is good for travel, rich of culture and safe. Life is not easier like in europe but he do the best of he can. Good travel enjoy every moment .....,

Thanks for this video, this happened to me in Fes tonight. I kept saying No to things but he wouldnt go away, he took me for tea and kept saying he wanted nothing. I was lucky i said No to everything he offered. He gave me some tobacco as a present and said he wanted nothing for it. I just gave him 50 Dirham and he said he wanted 200. I told him i dont want the tobacco and he said okay 100 is enough, and left not that happy.
I feel quite lucky i only lost 100, but realise I should have been very firm, but they just keep saying the want nothing and to talk.
Then 5 mins later another guy talked to me and said not interested ha. Recommend that people be aware of this as someone just told me someone last week gave them 1000 euro for necklass that cost 40 euro!

Every country has its own version of scams. from Thailand's riding the tuktuk or even in Japan. When I visited Beppu, I got scammed in a restaurant.

Ive been watching a lot of these and i know many are showing what happens but why im most videos do they always go along and get taken for? I wouldnt of let him lead me around you said you mentioned several times you wanted to leave why didnt you?

Morocco is a beautiful country with a beautiful people and the hospiyality is top, you should have not censored the scammer face but expose his scum behaviour as he is making life hard for the average Moroccan trying to earn a honest living in the medina.

Don't be afraid, Morocco is a safe country. Yes you can face some scammers,but there's no blackmailing,hope you visit Morocco and be prudent

Since the beginning refuse and not take advantage...nothing is free in this world...carry a camera filming people, their private living and their own culture with or without their authorization by making unique videos for youtube and google adsense, it's a business in which this content will always remain in your channel with income, so, I see you have to at least help the poor rather than criticize them!! Yes, it sucks! It is not so much the money. It is the action and how make you feel. I didn't enjoy Morocco because of that beautiful place too many nasty people.
