I have white coat syndrome so going to the doctor makes my blood pressure soar, but this was so calming and relaxing. I wish doctor visits were like this. I'm so glad you enjoyed the video despite your fear. People wear a white lab coat in a lot of doctor roleplays, which I do as well. But in this one I decided to just wear a dress shirt. But in the Sleep Clinic video posted last week I do wear a white lab coat, but, hopefully the calm nature of the video offsets any triggering visuals. 💜
