Great analysis. This is definitely a different kinda Alabama offense for sure. Personally, in addition to what you just broke down, I think Bama gets Milroe to the edge as a passer to give yet another look and pressure point for the defense to handle. To again, spread you out and slow down the pass rush.
Keep Chambliss on the bench. He’s too slow to handle Milroe on the edge.

Availability is his best ability. He’s manages to stay healthy.

13:12 Just a correction. This play did not get called back. It was a penalty on the defense. This counted as a 40 yard gain for Milroe.
The clip afterwards is a play that occurred 7 mins of game time later after Bama had already scored another TD.

The pressure worked because the replacement linemen were not prepared to play as the first string linemen.
Actually Burton and Bond only combined for around 5 catches a game in the 27 games they played together,only 85-90 yards combined each game on average,and way less than a TD a game combined. The fastest and strongest WR that Alabama has,and actually the combination of the biggest,fastest,and strongest WR in the country,is Kendrick Law. #1 catching the off platform TD against WKY.And the bad news is he has ONLY been targeted once by the QB on a scramble which resulted in a 22 yd catch and scat to the House. Couple of other touches running the ball. The good news is for THE TIDE is that this guy is going to EXPLODE on somebody.Just a matter of time. And IF it is this week? Remember I warned you.....
#26 RB Jam Miller is one of the most explosive RB's in America. Haynes is really good too. MUCH better than the last 2 seasons.
At 33min Wisconsin fired the corner on the play that’s why the LB is caught creeping out the box
Milroe is a great athlete, but I just have a feeling the Dawgs will win.
I do too...even though it seems like I shouldn't....just not impressed with Bama beating a weak Wisconsin team in the day time and struggling to separate from USF until 75% of the game expired....I think Bama hasn't really been tested....I mean UGA made Clemson look like how a USF-type team should look playing a #1, and now Clemson looks like a potential 8 to 12 spot playoff team.....
@@nweeezybut uga struggled against a Kentucky team, that got blowed out by South Carolina the previous week! That same USF team had Miami in a dogfight until the second half! Not a dan of ANY team, but both teams have some weaknesses that can be exploited!
I dont know what you can take away from Alabama's first three games. They played vastly inferior opponents, survived a bunch of turnovers v USF to win by 26 points and played one of the least talented Wisconsin teams i have seen. Van Dyke suffered an injury in the first half and the game was a rout. They are very talented, playing at home and Georgia will have to score in the mid-20's to win. It is not a game i am looking forward to as a Georgia fan and i feel the same way about Texas, who i think will play in the final. I think UGA can realistically win the other games but we need to see improvement on both sides of the ball even in this game.
Milroe is big and physical. No missed tackles for UGA and be physical when tackling. Still think our DL depth will be a problem for us. Our OL has to play better and we need perimeter blocking
The caveat is Bama’s secondary, although good they are very young at some positions!
Georgia is gonna try and hurt him. The castle falls if that happens.

Producing on one screen and trying to listen for conversational gaps is more difficult than you might think. Brent and I work very well together

I don't have a crystal ball like the Bama fans do. But I believe this will be a close game. If you buy into the Kentucky game, you will be in for a surprise . UGA is not as bad as they looked, and Bama is not as good as they looked. GO DAWGS!!!
I don't think either are as bad as they've looked. They do this every other year. Look pedestrian against pedestrian opponents then come out and play like juggernauts when against each other. I still think Alabama has too much firepower for Georgia to keep up unless some players really step up for Georgia like they should.
